Qualifications

• Hands-on coding and system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead application engineering for multiple projects to drive internal cloud analytics implementations.
• Manage SDLC using waterfall and agile techniques, including requirements, estimates, design, risks, and releases.
• Champion the integration of AI/ML capabilities into internal applications to enhance decision-making tools.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams.
• Lead direct reports and mentor team members in a matrixed organization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify and prioritize scope.
• Partner with Decision Science teams to integrate data science advances.
• Represent the application engineering team with senior leaders.
• Advocate software development best practices and tool adoption.
• Drive evaluation of emerging tools, technologies, and platforms.
