Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior analytics product leader to drive the agency's analytics capability and build AI-powered products in Atlanta. You will own product strategy and roadmaps for analytics, intelligence and technology-enabled capabilities, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across analytics, data, marketing technology, product management or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the agency’s analytics capability and help build data, intelligence and AI-powered products.
• Own product strategy and roadmaps for analytics, intelligence and technology-enabled capabilities.
• Identify recurring client needs, internal processes and proprietary thinking that can become scalable products.
• Define product requirements, use cases, user experiences, success metrics and development priorities.
• Partner with external development partners and internal data management, media and other teams through product pilots, launches and adoption.
• Balance custom client solutions with scalable products serving multiple teams and clients.
• Gather user feedback and continuously improve products.
• Define and execute the agency’s strategy for AI-enabled products, agents and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for AI in analytics, insights, optimization, research, reporting and agency operations.
• Design AI agents and agentic workflows to automate repetitive work and enhance human decision‑making.
• Partner with data management to evaluate AI models, platforms and architectures.
• Establish frameworks for testing, measuring and scaling AI use cases.
