Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Developer Relations to build and grow a technical community around its SaaS offerings, including tools from Weights & Biases, OpenPipe, and Marimo. This role serves as the bridge between developers and internal teams, translating product capabilities into compelling narratives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in developer relations or related leadership roles.
• Strong analytical skills to report on program success.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to improve processes.
• Experience leading a team of developer advocates and evangelists.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the developer relations strategy to drive awareness and adoption of CoreWeave’s SaaS offerings among AI engineers, researchers, and developers.
• Produce high‑impact technical content including onboarding guides, tutorials, demos, reference architectures, blog posts, and code samples to accelerate time‑to‑first‑value.
• Own and improve the onboarding experience, identify friction in docs, APIs, SDKs, and workflows, and partner with product/engineering to streamline adoption.
• Build and engage the developer community through events, workshops, hackathons, forums, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Establish a feedback loop and measure impact, translating insights for internal teams and tracking onboarding conversion, product adoption, engagement, and retention.
