What You’ll Do

The Director of Developer Relations builds, engages, and grows a technical community around the CoreWeave SaaS offerings, including tools from Weights & Biases, OpenPipe, and Marimo. They act as the bridge between developers and internal teams by translating product capabilities into compelling technical narratives and channeling community feedback back into engineering and product teams. The team thinks big about new and creative ways to engage AI engineers and developers. Our goal is to help AI researchers, developers, and builders create models and self‑improving AI agents.

About The Role

We are hiring a Director of Developer Relations reporting to the Head of Product and Content Marketing, Weights & BIases. We’re looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and collaborates well across teams.

Who You Are
  • Define and execute the developer relations strategy to drive awareness and adoption of CoreWeave’s SaaS offerings among AI engineers, researchers, and developers.
  • Act as a hands‑on technical advocate, producing high‑impact content including onboarding guides, tutorials, demos, reference architectures, blog posts, and code samples that accelerate time‑to‑first‑value.
  • Own and continuously improve the developer onboarding experience, identifying friction in documentation, APIs, SDKs, and workflows, and partnering with product and engineering to streamline adoption.
  • Build and engage the developer community through events, workshops, hackathons, online forums, and ecosystem partnerships, serving as a credible voice in the AI community.
  • Establish a strong feedback loop and measure impact, synthesizing community insights for internal teams and tracking metrics such as onboarding conversion, product adoption, engagement, and retention.

The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
