Job summary

Preferred Travel Group is seeking a Director, AI & Data Product in New York, NY. You will shape AI-powered digital experiences across a luxury hotel portfolio, owning the AI roadmap, GEO, CDP, and data platform initiatives while collaborating with IT, Data, Engineering and Marketing teams.

You will lead the design of AI-enabled guest journeys, personalization, and revenue-driven features, ensuring governance and privacy compliance across the commercial platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical product management, with AI focus.
• Experience with data platforms, CDPs and LLM-based products.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI & data product roadmap for PTG.
• Lead GEO, data platform, and CDP initiatives across channels.
• Oversee AI chat interfaces and conversational experiences.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance in data workflows.
• Partner with IT, Eng, Marketing and AI teams for execution.
