Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead ML pipelines and cloud infrastructure initiatives. You will drive architecture standards, governance, and cross-team collaboration across data and ML platforms.

You will oversee end-to-end execution for large, multi-team programs, manage capacity planning, and optimize cloud costs while ensuring reliable, explainable models. Onsite work model applies here in NC.

Formación

• Extensive experience designing ML pipelines and scalable cloud infra.
• Proficient in PyTorch, Python, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
• Hands-on AWS SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, and Terraform.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee building data pipelines and evaluation of ML models using Spark.
• Lead cross-organizational data engineering and ML platform initiatives.
• Define reference architectures, standards, and governance for data/ML infra.
• Ensure end-to-end execution for large-scale, multi-team programs.
• Assess model performance risks and implement mitigation.
• Guide data drift detection, monitoring, and model explanations.
• Advise senior management on technical strategy.
