Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer focused on production-grade data and AI systems.
• Design real-time and batch data pipelines feeding analytics and AI/ML.
• Develop resilient data connectors and scalable workflows with integrity.
• Optimize ETL/ELT in AWS and Snowflake with efficient resources.
• Deploy and operate AI/ML/LLM services with model serving and retrieval pipelines.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and runbooks for production systems.
• Translate prototypes into pragmatic, maintainable production code.
• Evaluate open-source AI/ML frameworks for production readiness.
• Develop Python code with tests and clean interfaces; CI/CD ready.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain real-time and batch data pipelines end-to-end.
• Deploy AI/LLM services, agents, and retrieval pipelines at scale.
• Ensure observability, latency tracking, and anomaly alerts.
• Collaborate in Git-based workflows across dev, UAT, prod environments.
• Provide operational readiness through runbooks and incident response.
