Job summary

The Stanford Doerr Sustainability Career Studio seeks an Associate Director, AI and Data Analytics Product Manager to lead an AI-enabled, data-centric career center on Stanford's campus with hybrid flexibility. You will design and maintain the technical infrastructure, manage vendors, align data pipelines, and produce insights for advising and employer engagement.

The role requires 5+ years in product management and strong AI/data analytics skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management and business operations.
Demonstrated working knowledge of AI applications, machine learning tools, prompt engineering, AI guardrails, data modeling, privacy and governance practices.
Experience evaluating, selecting, and integrating third‑party platforms and tools (e.g., CRM systems, AI‑enabled services).
Experience owning data infrastructure end‑to‑end from source systems through analytics and reporting.
Strong interpersonal, communications and written skills to bridge technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic vision for the AI-enabled, data-centric career center's infrastructure.
Vendor management: manage relationships, contracts, and budgets with external vendors.
Translate operational needs into AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
Own tracking and reporting of student and alumni outcomes data.
