Job summary

Stanford University is seeking an Associate Director, AI and Data Analytics Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and execution of an AI-enabled, data-centric career center. You will report to the Founding Director of the Sustainability Career Studio and work with campus partners to shape innovative career services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management and business operations experience.
• Knowledge of AI applications, machine learning concepts, data modeling, privacy and governance.
• Experience owning data infrastructure end-to-end to inform decisions.
• Experience in technical product management, designing and scaling systems architecture.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision for AI-enabled, data-centric career center infrastructure and tool portfolio.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate operational needs into AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency.
• Own tracking and reporting of employment outcomes data and dashboards.
• Support analytics for employer and student engagement to inform programming decisions.
• Oversee onboarding, resume collection, and career preference workflows for students.
• Maintain website infrastructure and platform integrations; monitor performance and engagement analytics.
• Develop and conduct workshops on AI tools for career services staff and students.
• Provide technical support for career education workshops and employer events.
• Contribute to Sustainability Career Studio brand identity and outreach.
