Job summary

Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability is seeking an Associate Director, AI and Data Analytics Product Manager to lead the strategic vision for an AI-enabled, data-driven career center on Stanford's main campus. The role reports to the Founding Director of the Sustainability Career Studio and oversees systems, data, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management and business operations experience.
• Working knowledge of AI applications, ML tools, prompt engineering, AI guardrails, and data governance.

• Lead strategic vision for AI-enabled and data-centric career center infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and stakeholder communications.
• Translate operational needs into AI-driven solutions to boost efficiency.
• Oversee data collection, tracking, and reporting of student and alumni outcomes.
• Support analytics for engagement data to inform advising, programming, and outreach.
• Support employer-facing staff with email campaigns and content development.
• Lead onboarding workflows for students and collect resumes and preferences.
• Maintain website infrastructure and analytics for content strategy.
• Develop and deliver workshops on AI tools for careers.
• Provide technical support for career education workshops and events.
• Contribute to Sustainability Career Studio brand identity and growth.
