Job summary

Nuveen is seeking a Director, Cybersecurity Program Delivery Lead to drive the agile delivery of strategic cyber and fraud initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across GCFM, CTO, and business units to translate complex security concepts into actionable programs.

The role requires expert program management experience handling high-visibility AI-focused mandates, roadmaps, KPIs, vendor management, and stakeholder reporting, with a track record of shaping enterprise cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or higher.
• 5+ years in Program Delivery; 7+ years preferred.
• Cybersecurity experience (2+ years) is desirable.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and governance in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional activities across GCFM, CTO, CDAIO, and business teams.
• Maintain program schedules, milestones, dependencies, risk management and ensure alignment with cybersecurity strategy and objectives.
• Develop 6-quarter roadmaps, including 30-60-90 day plans.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships; report KPIs to leadership.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure backlog refinement and team collaboration.
