Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Director, Infrastructure Supply Chain Accounting to lead accounting for compute stack components—from chips to data center buildouts—supporting a $50B+ investment in American computing infrastructure. Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience in tech or infrastructure-heavy companies.
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Strong ASC 360 and BOM costing knowledge in a supply chain context.
• Experience managing a large fixed asset or inventory portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting for compute-stack components and fixed asset status.
• Apply ASC 360 capitalization, useful lives, impairment, disposals; BOM cost and landed cost.
• Partner with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance during negotiations.
• Explain financial impacts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Improve data pipelines and component tracking from PO to deployment.
• Scale systems and controls for growing asset portfolio.
• Lead and mentor accounting team.
• Coordinate with external auditors on fixed asset accounting matters.
• Drive automation and AI tooling to improve reporting.
