Job summary

ICUC is hiring a Director of Product Automation to own our automation and AI strategy for services, insights, and client delivery. This founding leadership role builds the function from the ground up and collaborates across leadership to align internal capabilities with market storytelling.

You will champion a product-minded approach, pilots, and tooling selections to improve speed, accuracy, and client outcomes across community management, strategy, insights, and social listening.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building or scaling a product, automation, or AI/tech strategy in services/martech.
• Track record of turning automation/AI concepts into measurable operational impact.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, delivery, and executives.
• Familiarity with social media/community management or social listening tools.
• Experience navigating enterprise martech data limitations and building workarounds.
• Product-innovation mindset: link tools to client experience.
• Founding leadership: build structure and process in a new function.

Responsibilities

• Own ICUC's automation and AI strategy across products and service delivery.
• Evaluate, pilot, and select tools to improve speed, precision, and scalability.
• Define a scalable automation blueprint for ICUC's service offerings.
• Build reporting infrastructure to measure automation impact: efficiency, quality, margin.
• Treat automation/AI capability as a product to design, test, and iterate.
• Partner with Operations, Product Marketing and Growth to translate capability into GTM messaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align with ICUC's brand and content strategy.
• Work with delivery, operations, and client success to ensure adoption.
