ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the vision and execution for a transformational frontier AI agent product currently in MVP state. You will own the direction for autonomous agents, integrating them with ServiceNow's AI infrastructure to provide governance, auditability, and scalable workflows across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

8–10+ years of product management experience, with recent hands-on shipping of agentic products in the last 12–18 months.
Proven ability to ship 0→1 and scale 1→N products in enterprise environments.
Background as a developer is a strong plus; comfortable with codebases and prototypes.
Strong understanding of AI systems, agent architectures, orchestration, and memory concepts.

Responsibilities

Prototype, experiment, and ship using modern agentic development tools.
Review code, stand up demos, and validate feasibility with engineering.
Define long-term vision for autonomous agents enterprises trust to perform real work.
Architect the roadmap for orchestration, memory management, and governance primitives.
