Job summary

Annapurna Labs (U.S.) Inc. - D63 is seeking an Experienced Hardware Engineering Leader to drive next-generation AI accelerator compute systems in AWS Trainium.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• BS or MS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (EE / CE).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with High-Speed design, validation and experience with Schematic and layout tools.
• Drive ODM HW development and testing and be part of the Production flow definition team.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing and operationally supporting high volume enterprise servers.
• Hands-on experience with system-level analysis and debug.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware development and delivery for AWS fleet across lifecycle.
• Work cross functionally with AWS monitoring teams, Hardware Design and other AWS teams to improve quality and reliability.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
