Job summary

Entrust is seeking a Director of Software Development to lead the R&D organization responsible for the Agentic Trust solution. This leader translates the four‑plane reference architecture into an executable strategy, operating model, and product roadmap, accountable for engineering execution, quality, security, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Software Development strategy, organizational design, delivery model, and technical roadmap for the Agentic Trust platform.
• Guide development of cloud‑native services, APIs, SDKs, policy and authorization components, tamper‑evident evidence systems, and integration surfaces.
• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing software organization across multiple levels and disciplines.
