Treasure AI in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Agentic Marketing and Responsible AI to shape and deliver our platform's core capabilities. You will own the strategy across Responsible AI, Product Privacy, and agentic marketing, guiding a cross-functional team to meet security and governance needs for large enterprises.

Leverage Treasure AI Studio for Marketing Automation, AI copilots, and data-driven insights to craft scalable product capabilities.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience focusing on AI/ML, Agentic AI, Responsible AI, or equivalent with complex security, trust, privacy, governance requirements.
Good understanding of enterprise security and data governance architectures.
Good understanding of privacy regulation (e.g. CCPA, GDPR).
Prior experience in building and launching enterprise-grade SaaS products.
Proven track record of setting a product vision, translating vision into a product roadmap, and end-to-end execution of shipping products.
Skilled communicator with technical and executive audiences.
Excellent ability to empathize and communicate with diverse perspectives.
Ability to collaborate and lead across cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with AI risk frameworks (EU AI ACT, NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLM).
Experience using AI-powered tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, and documentation in security, privacy, governance domains.

Responsibilities

Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of a portfolio of Agentic Marketing and Responsible AI feature sets.
Interact with stakeholders to develop deep understanding of market needs around security administrative features.
Partner with engineers, architects, and SMEs to develop capabilities sustainably.
Apply knowledge of global data privacy and information security regulations to drive alignment and measurable outcomes.
Lead projects to implement standards and governance across Treasure AI ICDP.
Drive marketing agent and skill development across use cases on Treasure AI Studio for Marketing Automation and Orchestration.
Synthesize customer requirements into product capabilities with technical teams.
Use AI-powered research and tools to translate regulatory changes and feedback into clear problem statements and prioritized opportunities.
Assess AI-specific risks and incorporate mitigations into product requirements and roadmaps.
