Job summary

Citi is seeking an AI Agentic Development & Implementation Director to shape the target vision for enterprise agentic AI. You will translate priorities into scalable platform capabilities and partner across Product, Tech, Data Science, Risk and Architecture to deliver AI-enabled services at global scale.

The role combines strategic planning, product leadership and hands-on execution, with a hybrid office model and global impact across more than 160 countries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, platform strategy, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Proven experience defining AI/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions.
• Deep understanding of orchestration, multi-agent systems, memory, and tool use.
• Strong enterprise platform and architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Agentic AI strategy and roadmap across Services.
• Translate priority use cases into scalable agentic solutions with product and tech teams.
• Lead agentic implementation and capability industrialization with teams and partners.
• Embed responsible AI, controls, security, governance and risk management.
• Establish operating model and governance for moving use cases to production.
