Job summary

Zeta Global, NY-based but with US-wide reach, seeks a Director of Agency Services for the EDU Agency team. The role oversees critical client relationships, multi-channel media performance, and strategic growth initiatives.

You will report to the VP of Agency Services and collaborate across paid search, programmatic, social, and affiliate channels. Responsibilities include leading client engagements, presenting QBRs, coordinating with channel teams, and identifying cross-sell opportunities while

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in online advertising in account management, client services, project management or related roles.
• Proven ability to nurture client relationships and influence decision makers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strategic problem solving.
• Strong business writing, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in higher education and financial services verticals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing EDU agency client accounts and drive performance across media channels.
• Lead weekly partner meetings and create QBR presentations aligned with client goals.
• Communicate campaign pacing, progress, and opportunities to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with channel teams to ensure aligned execution and performance initiatives.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through understanding Zeta's product offerings.
• Develop client roadmaps with milestones, testing plans, and revenue opportunities.
• Oversee campaign timelines, asset setup, data pulls, and documentation.
• Share expertise and advise clients on new strategies to sustain results.
