Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a senior operations and technology leader to become the Director responsible for how work is delivered on one of our longest standing accounts. You will guide project management, shape the technology and operations roadmap, and run the intake function to convert requests into prioritized, well-scoped work.

You will lead PM and operations/tech teams, partner with the SVP, Agency Operations, and own platform adoption, major migrations, and emerging technologies including

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency operations and project/program management experience.
• Proven people leader who has built, developed, and managed teams, including managers.
• Experience owning a budget or operating model and leading an enterprise-scale transformation or platform migration.
• Technical fluency: translate, challenge, and operationalize technology without being the engineer in the room.
• Strong governance instincts and the ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous requests.
• A credible advisor to senior agency, client, and technology leaders who can lead executive conversations independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of PMs, operations and technology professionals; manage hiring decisions, performance, and succession.
• Own the technology and operations roadmap; propose priorities and present to leadership.
• Drive adoption and major transitions; rollout platforms (Figma, Ziflow) and migrations (AEM Cloud, Rackspace sunset).
• Run intake and orchestration; define criteria, service levels, governance, and portfolio health reporting.
• Lead transformation by evaluating AI, automation, and workflow opportunities with pilots that scale.
• Manage the technology and operations budget, vendor and platform spend, and forecasting.
• Be a trusted executive partner and escalation point across agency and client teams.
