Galderma is seeking a Director of Portfolio Growth Marketing to identify and translate growth opportunities across its US Injectable Aesthetics portfolio. You will develop strategies that maximize portfolio growth, strengthen competitive advantage, and guide execution across brands, customer segments, and the evolving aesthetics landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant industry experience in a large, complex organization.
• Aesthetics/pharma or medical device background strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Proven collaboration with upstream partners and ability to drive downstream marketing activities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Injectable Aesthetics portfolio assessment to define market opportunities, threats and whitespace; deliver portfolio growth priorities and an actionable roadmap.
• Own the market and category plan, integrating insights, congress/publications, field input and industry trends; deliver intelligence and reports.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across the portfolio, including sales training, response plans, competitive playbooks, and KPI tracking.
• Build business cases for differentiated portfolio growth programs per leadership direction, including loyalty and service models.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and operating forums, including competitive readiness and portfolio reviews.
• Ensure portfolio brand strategies are executed with 360-plan implementation across channels.
• Ensure content development and promotional materials follow internal review processes and local regulations.
• Support operational and execution capabilities as required.
