Job summary

Hansen Filler Associates seeks a Director, Advisory Pricing & Strategy to lead a major organic growth initiative. You will define how the firm prices advisory relationships, building a consistent fee framework and guiding pricing decisions across the advisor network.

You will influence senior executives, coach advisors, and shape fee-based economics to reflect the value of the advice provided. This is a high-impact, leadership-driven role in wealth management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning advisory fee strategy or practice management within a wealth management firm.
• Strong grasp of fee-based economics, including fee schedules and discounting.
• Track record of winning over senior financial advisors through influence and credibility.
• Commercial ability to guide executives on fee decisions and lead pricing discussions.
• Strong coaching and presentation skills; experience training advisors.
• FINRA licences a plus.
