Job summary

Rollins College seeks a Director of Institutional Advancement Technology to lead data, technology, and information systems for the Division of Institutional Advancement. You will act as SME for IA data, develop automated solutions, and partner with campus stakeholders to enable alumni and donor engagement.

You will design, implement, and maintain systems, produce performance reports, and serve as the technical liaison with IT and vendors to support advancement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of five years of work related experience in database management, project management, programming, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for Slate CRM and oversee maintenance.
• Design and implement customizations to increase functionality.
• Manage imports and integrations with Slate and external software.
• Lead planning and delivery of BI solutions from inception to testing and deployment.
• Develop and optimize reports to improve self-sufficiency for IA data users.
• Oversee the IA Business Analyst position.
• Ensure timely IT services using the Advancement Services ticketing system.
• Foster digital transformation and modernize processes.
• Collaborate with central IT to align with Rollins policies.
• Turn data into critical information for informed decisions across stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of data flows, access, and reporting definitions.
