Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a senior business development leader for Advanced RF Technologies within the Airborne Spectrum Dominance domain. You will guide strategy, align priorities, and enable high performance across RTX and DoD engagements.

You will build strong relationships with DoD customers and government agencies, analyze budgets and acquisition strategies, and drive capture, proposals, and related artifacts with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates expertise in business development leadership for defense tech.
• Strong customer relationship management capabilities with government customers.
• Ability to analyze budgets, priorities, and acquisition strategies to guide pursuits.
• Experience in shaping proposals, capture efforts, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts for Advanced RF Technologies within ASD.
• Oversee the ASD R&C SBUs mission area and align priorities to Raytheon RTX goals.
• Manage customer relationships with DoD and government agencies.
• Translate customer insights into actionable guidance for teams.
• Coordinate opportunities, shaping, and pipeline management through gate reviews.
