Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute seeks a Director, Advanced Practice Provider Services to lead the clinical and operational APP program across our oncology network. The role focuses on strategy, staffing, and integration of APP services to improve patient care and efficiency.

The candidate will drive recruitment, develop educational initiatives, and collaborate with physicians and executives to maximize clinical impact and program growth.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s in a health care field with APP licensure is required.
• If practicing clinically, current Florida licensure as an NP or PA with BLS/CPR is required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop APP Services strategy and annual program plan.
• Assist in recruitment strategy for new APPs.
• Create revenue opportunities led by APPs to diversify practice income.
• Define and track measures of APP Program success.
• Build infrastructure to support APPs and patients.
• Identify models to improve APP efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead project management for yearly initiatives and accountability.
• Collaborate on APP policy and procedures.
