Job summary

Liberty Hospital is seeking a Director of Advanced Practice Providers to lead and supervise employed PAs and APRNs across primary and specialty care. The position emphasizes recruitment, orientation, and development of APPs, with responsibility for performance metrics, professional development, and cross-site collaboration to support growth goals.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physician Assistant or Doctorate in Advanced Practice Nursing.
• 1+ year of clinical practice experience.
• Advanced practice certification required; APRNs may obtain within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Chairs or leads committees and projects; ensures completion and reporting for leadership groups.
• Oversees APP patient experience, productivity, orientation, scheduling, and annual evaluations.
• Participates in APP recruitment and retention; provides leadership and mentoring to APPs.
• Develops protocols and practice models supporting growth goals across sites.
• Reviews APP performance and implements corrective plans as needed.
