Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a Director of Advanced Manufacturing to lead strategic growth across the Southeast, spanning Alabama to Virginia. You will expand market presence, deepen client relationships, and guide the full project lifecycle from marketing through delivery.

You will collaborate with Executive Leadership and regional directors, shape market strategy, and mentor teams while staying ahead of tech trends, sustainability, and industry developments in advanced manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in business development or consulting within construction, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
Experience advising executive leadership on complex projects.
Public speaking or industry thought leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic growth and execution of Advanced Manufacturing across regions.
Develop and execute annual business and operations plans aligned with corporate objectives.
Identify and secure new Advanced Manufacturing opportunities, including renovations and expansions.
Build and maintain high-level client relationships with C-suite and institutional clients.
Collaborate with architects, project teams, and executives to ensure delivery.
Represent the company at industry conferences and client engagements.
Partner on strategy with executives and department heads; grow regional teams.
