FPC of Savannah is seeking a Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to lead the design and development of equipment and processes that optimize manufacturing operations to support growth near Omaha, NE.

The role requires building and guiding the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team, driving Make/Buy decisions, and coordinating new product introductions from engineering through production. This is a high-impact, leadership position in a North American industry leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years experience within Advanced Manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Team to improve methods and processes for throughput, efficiency, and quality.
• Make/Buy decisions on key components in the manufacturing process.
• Implement New Product Development from engineering through manufacturing.
• ECN implementation and disposition.
• Develop the organizational structure of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering department to improve resource use and goals achievement.
