Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales division of Spectrum, seeks an Advertising Sales Director to lead local sales teams, craft revenue-driving strategies, and partner across internal groups. You’ll hire, supervise and train Sales Managers, while nurturing client relationships and guiding digital advertising solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in media sales management, 4+ years in leadership, and proven experience with major ad agencies, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM REACH

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Media sales management (5+ years), management/leadership experience (4+ years), experience working with major ad agencies
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Skills: Communication, leadership, negotiation, strategy, collaboration
• Abilities: Relationship building, sales lead conversion, managing deadlines and priorities, developing new business opportunities, knowledge of sales reporting and systems
• Travel Abilities: Travel/client trips may be required

Preferred Qualifications

• Cable broadcast and television experience
