Nealy Pierce, LLC is recruiting a Director of Acute Care Nursing for an Eastern North Carolina nonprofit community hospital. The role oversees 4 Med/Surg units and a large nursing staff, with strong collaboration from CNO leadership.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN required; MSN preferred.
• 5+ years acute care nursing experience.
• 3+ years nursing leadership experience.
• Strong Med/Surg leadership background preferred.
• Team-oriented leadership style with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership for 4 Med/Surg units and PCU.
• Mentor nursing teams and help shape inpatient culture.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to improve operations and patient outcomes.
