• Active RN license State of North Carolina.
• BSN required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years acute care nursing experience; 3+ years nursing leadership in an acute care hospital.

• Oversee large inpatient division including 85+ Med/Surg/PCU beds and 155+ teammates.
• Mentor frontline leaders, strengthen culture, and support staff development.
• Drive operations improvements and partner with Chief Nursing Officer on strategic initiatives.

This role offers oversight of a large inpatient division including:

• 85+ Med/Surg/PCU beds
• 155+ teammates
• Established Nurse Manager and Clinical Coordinator support structure
• Reports to a supportive and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer

Requirements

• Active RN license State of North Carolina
