Job summary

The role requires eight+ years at a public firm, CPA or CPA-equivalent, and proven ability to develop clients, manage teams of 20+, travel as needed, and work without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of recent experience in a public accounting firm, advisory services firm or large multinational organization.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; licensed CPA or CPA equivalent required
• Strong knowledge in US GAAP, IFRS, SEC financial reporting issues, bankruptcies, business combinations or financial restatements

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale accounting advisory engagements and provide accounting support to clients.
• Assist with SEC regulatory filings for spin-offs, IPOs, debt offerings and cross-border acquisition filings.
• Deliver conversion services to US GAAP or IFRS for registered companies.
• Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing structures.
