Qualifications

• Eight years of recent experience with a public accounting firm, advisory services firm or a large multinational organization conducting financial audit or corporate accounting.
• Bachelor's degree; CPA or CPA-equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge in US GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, bankruptcies or restatements.
• Proven ability to connect with senior executives to generate new business and projects.
• Ability to lead teams of 20+ professionals from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to travel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale accounting advisory engagements and provide accounting support to clients, including implementation of new accounting requirements and restatements.
• Assist with SEC regulatory filings for spin-offs, carve-outs, IPOs, debt offerings and other acquisition filings.
• Deliver conversion services for changes to US GAAP or IFRS for registered companies.
• Provide transaction-oriented accounting and reporting support for mergers, acquisitions and financings.
• Work with valuation advisors on reporting of valuation events and related impacts.
• Identify and build long-term relationships with new target clients and executives.
