Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting LLC is seeking a Director to grow the Accounting Advisory practice in Boston. You will lead client engagements on IPO readiness, complex accounting policies under US GAAP/IFRS, and finance transformation, while building relationships and guiding teams in a fast-paced advisory environment.

Ideal candidate has 12+ years of management consulting experience, CPA or CA, Big Four background, and comfort with AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of management consulting experience or equivalent
• CPA or CA certification
• Big Four or equivalent consulting background
• Strong business acumen and understanding of accounting processes
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work at client site or in office 4+ days a week
• Experience with AI tools and firm-approved solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Accounting Advisory services in the Boston market
• Oversee complex transactions, IPO-readiness, and US GAAP/IFRS policy advisory
• Manage client accounts, projects, staffing, budgets, and lifecycle deliverables
• Develop client relationships and deliver high-quality service
• Mentor and develop team members and cultivate talent
• Contribute to strategic direction and new service offerings
