Lupin Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Access & Contracting Management to drive market access strategies and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Market Access, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves strategic thinking, compliance awareness, and the ability to influence customer decision-making processes.
Lupin is comprised of a fast-growing, innovative, and robust team spanning manufacturing, Research and Development, and commercial divisions. These entities collectively form the generic and branded U.S. business. Lupin boasts a significant generic pipeline and a branded focus on women’s health. Our first Research and Development facility in the US is located in Coral Springs, Florida, focusing on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Somerset, New Jersey, hosts one of fifteen global commercial manufacturing sites and the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin, alongside additional R&D teams. Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President, Market Access & Trade, the Director of Access & Contracting Management will be a key member of the Lupin Brand business. This role involves assessing payer and GPO customer opportunities that are strategic to Lupin and providing insights into customer decision-making processes. An established understanding of MCOs and PBMs across all segments—Commercial, Medicaid FFS/Managed Medicaid—is essential. The role requires close coordination with internal departments including Finance, Contract Analytics & Distribution, Legal, Trade and Distribution, and Commercial Operations. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with, educating, and influencing organized customer stakeholders such as payers, health systems, and GPOs.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, talking, and hearing. Some bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and crawling may be required. The role may involve lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally. Work is primarily in an office environment.
