A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Director of Access & Contracting Management to drive market access strategies and manage relationships with payers and GPOs. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in market access, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry.

Lupin has a significant generic pipeline and a branded focus on women’s health. Our first Research and Development facility in the US is located in Coral Springs, Florida, focusing on generic and branded orally inhaled and nasal drug products. Somerset, New Jersey, hosts one of Fifteen global commercial manufacturing sites and the only commercial manufacturing facility in the United States for Lupin, along with additional Research and Development teams. Summary:
Reporting to the Vice President, Market Access & Trade, the Director, Access & Contracting Management will be a key member of the Lupin Brand business. This role involves assessing payer and GPO customer opportunities that are strategic to Lupin and providing insights into customer decision-making. It requires an understanding of MCOs and PBMs across all segments: Commercial, Medicaid-FFS/Managed Medicaid. The position will involve close coordination with internal departments including Finance, Contract Analytics & Distribution, Legal, Trade and Distribution, and Commercial Operations. Additionally, the role will require fostering relationships with, educating, and influencing organized customer stakeholders including payers, health systems, and GPOs.
