Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for related field.
• 7+ years of work experience in academic affairs or HR.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday and Interfolio.
• Prior involvement with academic recruitment processes for faculty.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training materials and staff orientation.
• Serve as lead for Interfolio, REDCap, and Workday inquiries.
• Pilot Interfolio template redesign and manage rollout.
• Maintain REDCap changes and updates proactively.
• Create and run academic reports for senior leaders.
• Review and update OAA policy documents and website.
• Provide coverage for academic tracking systems when needed.
• Maintain academic calendar and quarterly Workday reports.
• Communicate policy changes clearly and timely.
• Leverage AI tools to improve work processes.
• Supervise staff and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Develop training programs for faculty and chairs.
• Conduct research and data gathering for projects.
