Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (minimum).
• 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience with academic recruitment processes for faculty and other academic appointees.
• Experience with HR management systems, such as Workday, Interfolio, and REDCap.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training materials and Academic Affairs staff orientation; manage ongoing training schedules.
• Serve as OAA lead for Interfolio, REDCap, and Workday; establish standards and best practices.
• Pilot Interfolio template redesign and manage template distribution.
• Maintain REDCap changes proactively.
• Create and run routine and complex academic reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Review and overhaul OAA policy and procedure documents; ensure quality and timely updates.
• Provide coverage for academic tracking system when needed to ensure continuity of operations.
• Create and maintain academic affairs calendar; send quarterly Workday reports.
