Job summary

The University of Southern Maine invites applications for Director of Academic Administration to oversee strategic day-to-day operations of CST and CNHP. You will supervise student-related services, coordinate across departments, and serve as a liaison to student-facing offices to ensure smooth academic administration.

Reporting to the Deans of CST and CNHP, the role requires outstanding organizational leadership, collaboration, and commitment to inclusive higher education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of work experience in a college, university, or similarly complex organization, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the strategic day-to-day administrative operations for academic programs in CST and CNHP.
• Supervise and support student-related administrative functions for multiple academic departments.
• Serve as a liaison to student-serving offices across the University to ensure efficient administrative operations.
• Report to the CST and CNHP Deans and collaborate with other academic leaders to maintain smooth operations.
