You will oversee Call Center, Tier 2 Tech Support and Field Service teams, ensuring peak performance under tight SLAs. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading high-performance teams, building scalable processes, and operating in a fast-paced environment with a strong ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 8+ years leading support teams from Tier 1 to field resolution.
• Experience managing 24/7 on-call formats and high-performance SLAs.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional processes with quality and tech teams.
• Willingness to be on-call, work off-hours including weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 1 Call center, Tier 2 Tech Support and Field Service teams to meet KPIs.
• Scale org to support growing customer base as the network expands.
• Ensure teams have the right people, processes and tools to succeed.
• Implement reporting cadences and operational rigor to meet objectives.
• Drive continuous improvements for efficiency and effectiveness at scale.
• Coach managers to become strong leaders and on-call readiness.
