Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10+ years of leadership in travel/complex service environment.
• Experience leading 24x7x365 travel/service operations across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute operating strategy for 24x7x365 travel service center.
• Lead managers across domestic/international and other service teams; develop succession plans.
• Own omnichannel service delivery with voice, chat, text and email.
