Chick-fil-A Zanesville is opening a new restaurant led by Owner/Operator Preston Tippett. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will join a brand-new team focused on delivering high-quality food and friendly service from day one.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, learn Chick-fil-A standards, and grow through potential roles from Team Member to leadership, in a positive, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Ability to work at a quick, efficient pace.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and hardworking.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be coached.
• Effective communication with team members.
• Restaurant, Chick-fil-A, or leadership experience is a plus.
• Open to part-time, full-time, student, and seasonal availability.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced, upbeat kitchen preparing safe, high-quality food.
• Use state-of-the-art kitchen equipment while maintaining Chick-fil-A's standards for food quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work alongside a new team committed to serving guests and one another well.
• Learn valuable skills in teamwork, communication, hospitality, and restaurant operations.
• Enhance guest experience with attentive service, personalized interactions, and understanding of guests’ needs.
