Job summary

Hire Up Recruiting seeks a Preschool Director to lead an Alpharetta family-centered early childhood program. You will oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure licensing standards while driving enrollment and community engagement.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in childcare, knowledge of Georgia licensing, and strong communication. You will manage budgeting, staff, and partnerships to sustain a trusted, high-quality learning environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in childcare, preschool, or early education
• Knowledge of Georgia licensing regulations
• Experience supervising teams of 10+ staff members
• Experience managing schools/programs with 75+ enrolled children
• Enrollment growth and marketing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead independently and take ownership of school operations

About the Role

As the Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, lead and support staff,maintainlicensing standards, drive enrollment growth, and create a positive, welcoming environment for children, families, and teachers.

This role offersa high levelof autonomy and decision-making authority within established organizational standards. We are looking for someone who is visible, proactive, organized, and confident in leading both people and operations.

• Knowledge of Georgia licensing regulations

• Experience supervising teams of 10+ staff members

• Experience managing schools/programs with 75+ enrolled children

• Enrollment growth and marketing experience

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead independently and take ownership of school operations

Preferred

• Experience withstandards and accreditation

• Experience with: Google Workspace,Brightwheel, ProCare, etc.

• Knowledge of GA Lottery Pre-K program
