Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience teaching in early childhood education with 1+ year in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education.

• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements
