Job summary

The Posse Foundation Inc is seeking a dynamic Director to lead program operations in New York, coordinating with university partners, and overseeing the site budget and team responsible for all program activities.

You will report to the Regional Vice President, travel as needed, and work closely with the local advisory board and the national development team to advance the mission. The role demands strong leadership, strategy, and exceptional writing and communication skills.

The primary responsibilities of the Director are to represent the mission of the organization, maintain strong university partner relationships, manage the site’s budget, work closely with the local advisory board and the national development team to raise the annual budget, and manage a team that ensures the coordination of all program operations. The Director must be a strong leader, highly motivated, organized, enthusiastic, willing to travel, a great communicator, hardworking, and a strong role model.
