Job summary

CableCom, LLC is seeking a Directional Drill Operator for our Snohomish, WA site. You will operate drill equipment to install underground telecommunications cables and infrastructure, ensuring safety and efficiency in all weather conditions.

The role requires 18+, US work authorization, a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it, and hands-on drilling equipment experience. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license (not provisional) with acceptable driving record.
• Valid Class A Commercial driver’s license with tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience with drilling equipment, including capabilities, limitations, and setup.

Responsibilities

• Determine bore path and locate utilities.
• Safely operate and control all necessary equipment to complete tasks.
• Verify existing utilities by potholing to determine bore path.
• Utilize Mud mixing systems.
• Develop and maintain a bore schedule.
• Site set-up, clean-up, and equipment maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
