Qualifications

Must have US Citizenship with active TS clearance.
Experience with directed energy and high-fidelity models of lasers, microwaves, and/or optical components/systems.
Ability to translate modeling results into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of analysts for modeling and simulation of advanced laser/microwave/optical systems.
Develop high-fidelity models including propagation, nonlinear effects, and noise sources.
Perform system-level simulations to predict performance, sensitivity, and robustness.
Drive interdisciplinary research on kill chain decision-making, battle management, and C2 architectures.
