Smart Home Installer - Vivint Smart Home (NRG)

Join Vivint Smart Home, an NRG company, as a Smart Home Installer, and be part of a team dedicated to creating smarter, safer, and more sustainable homes across the United States.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer residences.
2. Manage inventory and assets responsibly.
3. Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
4. Create solutions to enhance customer safety and convenience.
5. Conduct routine maintenance and inventory of products and equipment.
6. Leverage appointments to generate leads and revenue.

Qualifications:

1. Sales or field service experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
4. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
5. Reside within a 20-mile radius of the designated location.

Physical Requirements:

1. Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
2. Climb ladders up to 14 feet.
3. Work in confined spaces such as attics.
4. Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
