Role Overview: Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pros

Provide expert installation and services, delivering the highest caliber of customer service. Customers rely on you to act with honesty and integrity, offering peace of mind.

What You’ll Do:

1. Earn piece rate pay and enjoy an unlimited commission plan.
2. Become an expert on smart home technology through training on industry-leading products.
3. Manage inventory and assets with a business owner mentality.
4. Install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes.
5. Create solutions to protect and simplify customers’ lives.
6. Conduct routine maintenance and inventory of company products and equipment.
7. Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
8. Control your income by offering additional products and services to customers.
9. Leverage service and installation appointments into leads and revenue.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Sales and/or field service experience is helpful. (Technical backgrounds like construction or electrical work are a plus but not required.)
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
• Current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Minimal Requirements:

• Reside within a 20-mile radius of the designated city.
• Pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening, in accordance with applicable laws.

Physical Demands:

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet.
• Work in attics and confined spaces.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods.
