Job summary

GroupeSTAHL seeks a production team member in Mentor, OH to operate a Plastisol ink printing press and support screen printing activities. You will set up and tear down between jobs, prioritize tasks to meet shipping deadlines, and perform quality checks with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring basic math and computer skills, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work at a fast pace in a production setting. Overtime and schedule flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with screen printing processes or willingness to learn.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, bend, and stand for long shifts.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
• Flexibility of schedule and willingness to work overtime.
• Willingness to adapt and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a printing press for Plastisol Ink products.
• Set-up and teardown between jobs.
• Prioritize and complete work based on shipping schedule.
• Conduct quality checks.
• Communicate needs, suggestions, and concerns to Floor Supervisor.
• Assist in other areas when the business requires.
• Other duties as assigned.
